  • Downloadable app for your smartphone to track progress. Also, I will provide personally sourced videos and/or pictures of exercises along with descriptions.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication with me to discuss training related questions and for motivation. Will respond within 24hrs.
  • Weekly video criteque.
  • End of phase skype calls.
  • Online habit based nutrition program, guaranteed and proven transformation results!
  • My commitment to your progress toward your exercise goals.

Jammin! (basic package)

This package is best for people who are proficient at exercise techniques.

  • Weekly e-mail communication with me to discuss training related questions and for motivation. Will respond within 24hrs.
  • Once per month video exercise critique to best help me coach your progress. 
  • My commitment to your progress toward your exercise goals.
